Week of April 11

Coach+ got a lot more useful this week. You can now run multiple conversations in parallel — start a new one with the + button, switch between them from the list, and each conversation gets an AI-generated title (up to 30 conversations are kept). Conversation starters are now context-aware too, suggesting prompts based on your latest workout, upcoming race, fatigue level, or rest day instead of random ideas. And you can finally ask Coach+ to rebuild your weekly plan directly from chat — no need to navigate to the Training Plan page.

A new command palette (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) gives you instant access to every page, Coach+ chat, dark mode, and more. Type to search, hit enter, done.

Activities on your public profile are now clickable and link to a dedicated shareable activity page. Each one shows duration, distance, TSS, power, heart rate, zone distribution, and workout segments — with a rich preview card when you paste the link on Twitter, Strava forums, or messaging apps. Workout completion detection is also smarter now: the dashboard recognizes when your completed activity matches the planned workout even if the names differ (e.g. "Kort-kort" from Strava matching "Drempel Herhalingen"), and short warmup rides no longer get confused with planned races.

Upgrading an existing subscription (e.g. Pro → Max) now shows a confirmation step before your card is charged the prorated difference, so an accidental tap can't trigger an immediate payment.

Several important training plan fixes. Taper weeks now properly reduce load before A-races for high-volume athletes — the availability floor was overriding the taper reduction and keeping TSS at peak-week levels. When you have multiple A-races close together, the taper now decays relative to the first upcoming race instead of only the goal event, so your Form has time to recover before race day. Training plans now hold at maintenance once your target CTL is reached instead of continuing to ramp toward the availability ceiling, and editing your goal in the wizard preserves the original start date instead of resetting the countdown. Over-under workouts were also fixed — the Under is now at 95% (just below FTP) and the Over at 105% (just above), with their intensities locked so TSS adjustments can't distort them. Duplicate workouts from weekly plan regeneration when a sport changed are now cleaned up automatically.
