See the proposed workout's structure before accepting a swap

When the coach proposes a different workout than the one scheduled, the accept-or-decline card shows the name, TSS, total time and the reasons for the change, but not the actual structure of the proposed session.

Add the full workout structure right on the card, both as an interval chart and as step-by-step text (warmup / main set / cooldown), so you can see exactly what you're approving before you choose, on the dashboard and in the daily email.
