Plan and rotate winter endurance sports — cross-country skiing, ski touring, skimo — instead of only having them counted after the fact. Includes seasonal sport selection, so your plan can shift to a winter focus (e.g. Nordic skiing primary, indoor riding secondary) and flip back in summer. Prescriptions would be heart-rate based, the way these sports are typically trained.
